Ich habe schon vor einiger Zeit gelesen, dass es 2006 die erste offizielle Akro-Weltmeisterschaft geben wird. Ist darüber schon genaueres bekannt? Wann und Wo wird dieses Event stattfinden?

die erste Akro-WM findet vom 17.-26. August 2006 in Villeneuve statt.
Auf der Homepage vom Redbull-Vertigo findet man das so nebenbei in zwei kleinen Sätzen erwähnt.

In 2004, a part of the dream became true with the recognition of aerobatics as an official discipline of the CIVL, standing for "Commission Internationale de Vol Libre", the Hang Gliding and Paragliding Commission of FAI. The long term work of the AcroVertigo Association has been recognized by the official instance as the SHPA and the Association have been granted with the organization of the 1st FAI Aerobatics, that will take place in Villeneuve from August 16th to 27th, 2006.
