Kann man das Verfahren eigentlich nicht gegen den Betrüger verwenden und das Geld irgendwie abziehen?
Das wäre natürlich widerrechtlich und würde ich auch niemals machen, aber geht der Betrüger wirklich gar kein Risiko ein?

Welches Geld willst Du "abziehen"? Du bekommst kein Geld in die Hand, Du bekommst einen Scheck.

Ein Scheck ist ein Blatt mehr oder weniger bunt bedrucktes Papier, auf das jemand eine Zahl geschrieben hat. Man kann, wenn man grad kein Scheckformular mehr hat, auch ein Stück Klopapier nehmen, die Abwicklung erfolgt auf dem selben Weg und ist genau so schnell/langsam. Bei Auslandsschecks sind das ca. 4-6 Wochen.

Das Geld geht doch aber irgendwann auf dem Konto ein. Unter Vorbehalt natürlich, und könnte dann abgehoben werden, ist mithin in meinen Händen.
Die Ware wird aber vorerst nicht verschickt.
Was passiert dann? Fordert die Bank dann Monate später das Geld zurück, wenn sie merkt dass der Scheck nicht gedeckt ist?
Hat die Bank wirklich keinerlei Haftung?

Jemand gibt mir einen Scheck über einen Überhöhten Betrag, und ich überweise ihm den Rest zurück.

Diese Masche stinkt doch dermaßen, daß niemand, der bei klarem Verstand ist, auf sowas eingehen würde.
Selbst wenn er keine Ahnung davon hat, ob er bei der Bank dagegen gesichert ist, oder nicht.

Es stinkt einfach.

Hand aufs Herz: Wer würde so ein Geschäft eingehen?
Kein denkender Mensch.
Höchstens jemand, der selber die Dollarzeichen in den Augen hat,
weil ein unbekannter Kunde überraschenderweise auf seine eigenen Überhöhten Preisvorstellungen eingegangen ist.

Also bitte: Warnung vor ernsten, gefährlichen Tricks im Web, denn davon gibt es leider genug: ja!
