Dear SOL partner,
a brand does not consolidate itself in 20 years by chance, with worldwide market presence, titles, expeditions and of course thousands of customers all over the planet. In August we celebrated 20 years of the first flight of a SOL paraglider and consequently it's crucial to think and talk about the next 20 years. A main and essential issue for the company's strategy is the research and development.
It is evident that marketing focuses on providing information and characteristics of new products to potential customers. When a new product is launched it exploits all multimedia technologies, social network instruments and of course the flying events to reach the potential market and its customers.
At the same time, however, there is a job that never stops - the development of new models, new technologies and new products to attend to the desires and demands of all our customers regardless of the stage of their flying skill.
Currently we have several ongoing projects in different development stages, tests series and certification:
-EN/LTF A - 'Start', a wing concept for instruction and beginners at a new safety level with the goal to promote the flying instructors to renovate their equipments to the best fitted standard - available for orders at the end of this year.
-EN/LTF B - Ellus 4, successor of our best seller Ellus 3 and our flagship wing with the main audience among the paragliding pilots, offering performance and safety that meets the profile of the most pilots - available for orders at the end of the year.
-SOL Motor - paramotor wing destined for frequent paramotor pilots - speed and stability of reflex profiles.
-Hyper Sonic - acro wing in development for season 2012.
-TR2 2012 - we are already flying prototypes with 162 cells, testing technologies deriving from competitions and being applied on other projects also.
The renewal of the current line continues on normal market terms. New harnesses, reserve parachutes and accessories also remain in constant research and new releases focused on our mission :
'Offering products manufactured with rigorous selected materials, under correct production conditions and standards to give our customers an unforgettable experience and fill our members of staff with pride.'
TR2 2012 mit 162 Zellen! 79 Zellen mehr als der aktuelle mit 83. Beim L mit TOW von max. 108 +/-2 kg und einer ausgelegten Spannweite von 13,86 Metern hiesse das: alle 8,44 cm eine Wand. Welch glattes Obersegel gibt das!? Ballooning war gestern. Warte gespannt auf die ersten Photos.
