Luftraumverletzung Bassano

Hallo zusammen,
beim Einstellen einiger Flüge letze Woche (KW44 2018) in Bassano bekommen (nicht nur ich) die Meldung, ich hätte die Lufträume FIR Milano () FMC PD-124.150-4777 (TMZ) verletzt.
Hab ich eine NOTAM verpasst oder sind die Daten im DHV-XC falsch?

Also das Ganze hat mit dem Murmeltier nichts zu tun.

Es sind Neuerungen, die mit AIRAC 2018 A5 veröffentlicht wurden. Es geht um FMC-Sektoren in Italien, die seit Juni 2018 nun existieren.

Frequency Monitoring Codes (FMC) FMC sectors, each one with their own SSR code and monitoring frequency associated, have been identified in Italian air space, classified as G. All aeroplanes, helicopters and advanced ultralight machines operating within FMC sectors have to select on the transponder A-Mode the published SSR code, assigned to that specific sector, and have:
- to establish two way communication with the FIC sector if pilot requests ATS; or
- to monitor the ATC frequency of the relevant ATC sector if no ATS is requested.

Non-advanced ultralight machines flights will continue selecting on the transponder A7000 in the FMC areas.

Aus irgendeinem Grund denkt der DHV-XC Server, dass "FIR Milano" und "FMC PD-124.150-4777" TMZ-Lufträume sind.
Eigentlich sind das "G" Lufträume und für Gleitschirm- und Drachenflieger sind sie nicht relevant (lt. Zitat aus dem AIRAC Dokument).

liest sich so als bräuchte man ein Flugfunkgerät und einen Transponder.

Ob das auch für uns Gleitis gilt ?

welcher Spezialist kennt sich da aus ?
