AW: X-Alps 2013
The athletes have been informed that the clock stops at the Peille turnpoint, rather than the float down in Monaco.
The race committee explain why: "Due to airspace and coast guard restrictions over Monaco, which limits the time
slots for athletes to fly over the city, the clock officially stops in Peille and the ranking is therefore determined by
who is first to reach the last turnpoint in Monaco, which is Peille.
However, the finish line remains the floating platform in the harbor of Monaco, which all athletes have to reach.
All athletes are aware of this.
